Using the Baking Math calculator

Convert measurements and adjust recipe yields.

The Baking Math tab covers two common needs: unit conversion (cups to grams, ounces to millilitres) and yield adjustment (scaling a recipe up or down for a different size or serving count).

This is especially useful when a client requests a size you have not made before, or when working from a recipe written in a different measurement system than you are used to.
