Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time from within their account settings.

2. Monthly Subscribers

Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

3. Annual Subscribers

Access continues until the end of the paid annual period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. No prorated refunds are issued for early cancellation.

4. Billing Errors

In the event of a duplicate charge or billing error on any plan, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days upon verification. Refund requests must be submitted to info@itswhisky.com.

5. Founding Member Subscriptions

Founding Member pricing and benefits are permanently forfeited if the subscription is cancelled. Reinstatement at the founding rate is not available after cancellation.
