This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for ItsWhisky subscriptions. ItsWhisky is operated by Kaiah Digital Solutions in Barbados. Card payments are processed securely by PowerTranz.
Free Trial
Eligible new accounts include a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends without being billed.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month of service. We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid month and then does not renew.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are billed once for the full year at a discounted rate. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of an annual term. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid year and then does not renew.
Billing Errors
If you are charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — we will refund it in full. Verified billing-error refunds are processed within five to seven business days.
Founding Member Benefits
Founding Member pricing and benefits are a one-time, lifetime offer tied to a continuous subscription. If you cancel your subscription, your Founding Member benefits are permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated, even if you subscribe again later.
