Order statuses explained
What each status means and when it changes.
Confirmed means the client has approved the quote and the order is booked, but work has not started.
In progress means you have started preparing the order.
Completed means the order has been delivered or collected. Once marked completed, it counts toward your revenue figures and the client review window opens.

Mark orders completed promptly — your revenue stats and accountant exports rely on accurate completion dates.
