How to set up your ItsWhisky account

The first things to do after you sign up.

Welcome to ItsWhisky. This guide walks you through the handful of steps that turn a brand new account into a working business toolkit.

When you first log in, you will see a Getting Started checklist on your dashboard home. It tracks five steps: setting up your business profile, adding your first client, setting up your public storefront, sending your first quote, and adding a recipe to your toolkit. You do not need to do these in order, and the checklist disappears automatically once you have created your first order or invoice.

Go to Settings → Profile and add your name and contact details.

Go to Settings → Business and add your business name, island, and parish. This appears on your invoices and public storefront.

If you want clients to find you online, set up your storefront in Settings → Storefront — see the dedicated guide on this.

Add your first client under Clients, or skip this and add one automatically when you create your first quote.

You do not need to finish every step before using the platform. Jump straight to creating a quote if that is what you need right now — the checklist will catch up.
